The Best Lemon Chicken recipe - remake of Ina Garden’s Lemon Chicken

This chicken is FIRE! Remaking Ina Garten’s Lemon Chicken is the latest addition to my meal prep menu. It’s a simple chicken cooked in a simple sauce and yet the result is incredible! Here's what you'll need: Lemon Chicken Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts 3 lemons 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp oregano Brown rice pasta Salt & pepper * Are you brand new to Meal Prepping? While that is heating, take a separate bowl and juice two lemons, plus add in 1 tablespoon of oregano and thyme + salt & pepper 3. In the skillet, add in the chicken breasts and pour over the lemon mixture 4. Take 1 lemon and zest that over the top of the chicken 5. Let the chicken cook all the way through on both sides 6. While that is cooking, cook your pasta according to the directions on the box 7. Remove the chicken from the pan and slice up each piece 8. Fill your meal prep container with pasta and then add in your sliced chicken 9. Take the remaining juice from the skillet and pour over each container evenly 10.
