💥💥💥 Volcano Shrimp meal prep recipe.


Volcano Shrimp Recipe 💥🍤 Shrimp meal prep recipe. Follow @mealprepmondays for more easy meal prep recipes. 🔥🙏🏽 I love chicken and beef- but sometimes I need a good shrimp recipe in my life! If you’re a person who love spicy foods- this one is for you! I’ll post the recipe below, all I ask is for you to tag me if you try this one so I can pay it forward! 💪🏽🙏🏽 Ingredients For the sauce: 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/3 cup buffalo sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 tbsp red pepper flakes to taste 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For the shrimp: 1 lb Shrimp 3/4 cup almond flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 large eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper Olive oil, for frying Directions In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients for the sauce and simmer on low for 3-4 minutes then set aside to caramelize. Next, which the eggs together in a medium sized mixing bowl. Take another medium sized mixing bowl and then add the almond flour. Take the shrimp and coat them in the bowl with the egg, and then place them in the almond flour and fully coat each side. Do this with all of the shrimp. Take a large skillet and fill the bottom with olive oil. Heat it up and then carefully place the shrimp in the pan and cover with a life. Fry on each side for 5-6 minutes. Remove the shrimp and place on a paper towel to absorb the oil. Next, place the shrimp into a separate mixing bowl and then coat in the volcano sauce you made earlier. Cook your favorite rice and place it in a meal prep container with the shrimp. Garnish it with chopped parsley and sesame seeds. Enjoy throughout the week!
