Totally up to you. 1. All meals will be fine in the fridge for 5 days. 2. Freeze all the meals you will not eat within that time. 3. If you decide to freeze them they will last for 3 months. Take the meal out of the freezer the night before you plan to eat and place in fridge to thaw. 4. *Healthy* Weekend in my Life | stRIDE Meetings, Sunday Workouts, & Mall Trips


Hi guys! Welcome to this weekend's vlog, I complied Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to make it a weekend in my life. In this weekend vlog I had some stride meetings at a healthy resturant called true food kitchen. I ended up going to spin class with friends then getting pizza after. On saturday I slept through my soulcycle class (rip $30) and went to true food again for brunch with gracie matt and her dad (follow diamonddave18). We went to the mall and shopped for sunglasses. On Sunday my momma and I went for a walk in valley forge park, it's a 5 mile loop and absolutely beautiful.
