I've Lost 15 lbs in 9 weeks on a Plant Based Diet || Steph and Adam


I've Lost 15 lbs in 9 weeks on a High Carb Plant Based Diet. Most people would tell you that is impossible and the best diet for fat loss or weight loss is KETO but you can loss weight on ANY diet. It all has to do with Calories IN Calories OUT. If you eat less calories than your body needs in a day you will lose weight. If you eat more calories than you need in a day you will gain weight. If you eat the right amount of calories for your body each day you will maintain your weight. In 9 weeks I have loss 15 lbs of total weight and have lost 8.8 lbs of fat. All on a high carb diet plant based diet. "Carbs make you Fat" is what everybody in the media is saying and advertising. It's all rubbish.
