Add onion and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, Add garlic, chili and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add curry paste, fish sauce, and chicken. Pour over coconut milk and broth. Bring to a boil and add noodles. Cook until noodles are tender and stir in parsley, lime zest and juice. Enjoy! *SOME links provided above are affiliate links
